What is your refund policy?

A request for a refund, less a 15% processing fee, will be honored if requested within seven calendar days of the purchase date. 

Additionally, for classroom courses, refund requests must be received no later than seven days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be issued for completed courses.  To discuss the possibility of a refund you will need to speak with a sales representative.
